SkuidPay’s regulated banking infrastructure and certain financial services are powered by Nomba Microfinance Bank.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

SkuidPay is a financial technology platform that provides:

• Payment facilitation services

• P2P merchant transaction support

• Settlement and wallet services

• Integration with regulated banking partners

SkuidPay is designed to assist Peer-to-Peer (P2P) merchants, including those transacting on platforms such as Bybit.

Important:

SkuidPay is not a cryptocurrency exchange and does not operate, control, or manage cryptocurrency trading platforms.

Any trading activities conducted on third-party platforms are subject solely to those platforms’ terms and policies.

3. Eligibility

To use SkuidPay, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Provide accurate and complete registration information

• Successfully complete KYC verification

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who fails compliance checks.

4. Account Registration

You agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information

• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials

• Immediately notify us of unauthorized account use

You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

5. Compliance Obligations

You agree to comply with:

• Circumvent platform safeguards

• Conduct unauthorized cryptocurrency exchange operations

• Exploit system vulnerabilities

• Violate third-party platform rules (including Bybit policies)

We reserve the right to freeze accounts and report suspicious activities to authorities.

7. Banking & Financial Services

Certain services are powered by Nomba Microfinance Bank.

By using these services, you acknowledge:

• Banking services are subject to Nomba Microfinance Bank’s regulatory oversight

• Additional terms from the banking partner may apply

• SkuidPay does not replace or override banking regulations

8. Fees & Charges

You agree to pay all applicable:

• Transaction fees

• Service charges

• Withdrawal fees

• Currency conversion charges (if applicable)

Fees may change at any time with notice via the App or Website.

9. Transaction Processing

• Transactions may be subject to verification and compliance review

• We may delay, block, or reverse transactions where required by law

• Processing times may vary depending on third-party platforms

SkuidPay is not liable for delays caused by external platforms or banking networks.

10. Risk Disclosure

Financial transactions, including those related to cryptocurrency P2P trading, carry risks including:

• Market volatility

• Regulatory changes

• Third-party platform failures

• Account freezes by exchanges

SkuidPay does not guarantee profitability or uninterrupted service.

You assume all risks associated with your trading activities.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and software related to SkuidPay remain the intellectual property of Stonetech Square.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce our platform

• Reverse-engineer our software

• Use our trademark without written permission

12. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

By using our Services, you consent to such processing.

13. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms

• You engage in suspicious activity

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Losses due to third-party exchange actions

• Regulatory enforcement actions

Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless:

• SkuidPay

• Stonetech Square

• Nomba Microfinance Bank

from claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Services.

16. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for:

• The policies of Bybit

• Account suspensions by third-party exchanges

• External platform security breaches

You use third-party services at your own risk.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by:

• Natural disasters

• Government actions

• Network outages

• Regulatory changes

• Cyberattacks

18. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

19. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall:

1. First be resolved amicably through written notice.

2. If unresolved within 30 days, be referred to arbitration in Nigeria.

The arbitration decision shall be final and binding.

20. Amendments
